When it's time, it's time...
I met Nick when I worked at Movement Mortgage, I actually trained him! He's a bright guy with a lot of great perspective on things. He left Movement and I didn't hear from him for a while. Then out of the blue, I get a message from him and his family to let me know he's getting married and wants me to be his photographer! Of course I said yes!
Nick and Grace walked up and you could tell just how in love they are. They're always smiling at each other, and the gentleness they have for one another is tangible. They had a small wedding party, so this allowed them to have so much freedom and fun just walking around the city. We found a great location in Uptown Charlotte that gave us a great industrial feel, so we shot as many pictures as we could before the February cold got too much for us.
We walked down to Longitude in the lobby of Le Meridien to have some drinks and take a few portraits in between cocktails. The light was amazing, and just being able to watch them all interact was such a joy.
As the light from the windows faded, we got a few more shots and then went our separate ways. I could hear them all laughing and giggling as they walked away, and I couldn't help but think about how good it is to have great friends to share special days with.
There are so many great photographs from this set, but I chose a few here to give a good idea of how healthy and happy their relationship is. When it's all boiled down, all we need is love.

We started Jonathan Bryant Photography a few years ago with the hope of capturing beautiful moments for families and couples in the Lake Norman, Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas. We live in Cornelius, NC and have shot in Lincoln County, Iredell County, Mecklenberg County, and Catawba Counties.

We love shooting models and fashion as well, but our main focus since 2018 has been family portraits, engagement photography, wedding consultations, planning, and event photography. We've traveled to event in Virginia and South Carolina for photography, and we'd be willing to come to you wherever you are!
