Pre-Wedding
Things start with a quick questionnaire about your plans and info about your big day.
Next, we'll meet face to face over video to get to know each other, hear your love story, ask/answer any questions, and get the ball rolling.
All our packages come with an Engagement Session, so as soon as your contract is signed and retainer paid, we'll get this on the calendar, as well as send you a style guide we've made for you with tips and best how to have the most fun possible during your session.
You'll receive 10-20 preview photos within 24hr, and then the rest of your Engagement photos will be delivered via a private online gallery within 3 weeks... where you can share, pick favorites, or even order prints.
When your wedding is 45 days away, you'll get an email with a final questionnaire about last minute details, family portraits, timeline, etc and then we'll meet one last time to get prepped for the day.
We're always a phone call or email away throughout the whole process, so feel free to reach out with any ideas or questions.
Your Big Day
By the time we get to the morning of your wedding, we'll feel like old friends. It's a fact that your photographer/videographer spends the most time with you during the day, so to have a familiar face in your corner is always a win.
We'll make sure you are taken care of, but also that you have fun and can enjoy the day you've been planning for so long. If there's anything we can ever take care of for you, please let us know.
The day will be filled with candid moments, gorgeous portraits, time spent with family and friends, and us... there to document every last moment. We will plan time/s in advance, according to your timeline, to steal you away for a moment to catch your breath and have a moment with your brand new spouse. These times are great for portraits and genuine interactions between you, but also a great way to slow down and take in the biggest day of your lives.
Also, don't be surprised if you see us on the dance floor right along with you. We love getting up in the action to best capture the moments that you want to live forever. We'll party the night away with you, and make sure to hug your neck before we make our exit!
All of the photos and video clips we take on the day will be downloaded and backed up to 2 physical hard drives and also the cloud BEFORE we go to bed. We do everything in our power to make sure there is no chance of losing any of your precious memories.
Post-Wedding
You'll receive 50-100 preview photos within 24hr of your wedding. We truly believe it's a special thing to get to live the moment and then, shortly after, be able to relive those moments with fresh eyes. This is truly one of our favorite parts of what we do, because we want you to have and treasure your photos as soon as possible.
Full wedding galleries are delivered within 45 days of the wedding, but oftentimes it is much sooner. We feel a strong connection to the photos and videos we take, and love jumping in right away to make sure you have your gallery and films in the estimated time.
Your online gallery site is like a super hero. It can share photos to social media, help you download them to your computer or phone, as well as order prints easily from the site. Your gallery will be live for at least 90 days after your wedding.
At this point, we'll reach out if you've selected a package that includes deliverables (printed album, canvas print, etc) and walk you through the selection and curation process. We only use print shops that we have ordered from ourselves to make sure that whatever you receive from us is of the highest quality.
Finally, all wedding couples become VIP clients, which means you'll get discounts on any session booked in the future, plus first priority on booking dates/times.
Jonathan is not only an incredible photographer who made great photos both for our engagement and wedding, he’s also SO fun to work with. He’s the nicest guy and put us at ease through the entire process, especially when we were not used to taking posed photos. He also was a master of getting the family and wedding party photos done in a flash so we could get back to the party.
